Why a recruiting campaign?
A job application is like advertising — just for yourself. Most job seekers send a standard email with a CV and cover letter. We do things differently. We approach it like an ad agency. First, we look at what strengths the product (that's you) brings to the table — and which target group you're aiming for. From that, we develop a concept. One clear idea that runs like a golden thread through the classic elements of your application: cover letter, CV. On top of that, we can add videos, GIFs, a mailing, a website, a voiceover — or something completely different.
What is a key visual?
In the concept phase, a core message is developed. This is then visualised in the implementation phase. The result is what's known as a key visual — a visual representation of the idea. The key visual and the core message are then used across a variety of media.
