These courses are open to everyone who wants to improve their job profile, visibility, or application documents – regardless of whether you are registered with the RAV or not. RAV advisors can also submit an individual course request for job seekers.
Some courses are created in cooperation with partner companies and are administered through them.

Some situations call for more than a standard course. We tailor the offering precisely to the needs at hand — strategically aligned with the target group. Whether it's a portfolio, social media content, application video, or a full campaign: strategy is always the foundation, just like with the Jobprofil-Booster. In a consultation, we define the goals — and from that, the right package takes shape. On-site, online, or a mix of both.

If you're registered with the REO, you have access to special courses from Bewerbeagentur. Talk to your RAV advisor — they can enroll you free of charge through a collective assignment.
